The client is running a metal works business. Thus, the house builds for 3 generation promote architectural design by using steel post, I-beam and alum. cladding which showcases the client's family business.  Other challenge includes a public sewer line that cut across the rear of the building that requires a waiver from PUB to build over the sewer line with concrete encasement.
